Villa in Sardinia
The sea-view villa is located in a Mediterranean garden just few meters away from the beach. It is formed by several separated units that elegantly fit within the surrounding landscape. In these circumstances, typical materials of Sardinian tradition are reinvented in a project characterised by a minimalist style and they coexist with the best examples of contemporary design production.
The tailor-made kitchen presents a large central island. It is characterised by a wide combination of materials: handmade ceramics for the flooring and coverings, lacquered finishings for both doors and tops in grey stone.
The night area overlooks the garden; it is furnished with the Gervasoni bed and completed by Carl Hansen & Søn’s products, Riva 1920 complements and Lampe Gras lighting.
The bathroom is obtained in a space that faces a suggestive light-well dug into the rocks. Furniture is customised upon client’s request.
Outdoor furniture lays on wooden floors interrupted by wide green areas. In addition to Paola Lenti upholstered items, a special mention deserves the MDF Italia table and the colourful Vitra chairs by Charles and Ray Eames.
