Giraffe Floor Lamp
Price starting from € 2.013,00*
*Price valid for the version with frame in natural ashwood and shade in fabric (cod. 14.952).
An unusual piece of furniture, which well represents the design style of the Rispal company. Giraffe is proposed as a floor lamp, producing a structure with two elements that, when intertwined, seem to give life to an animal body. The feet underneath create the legs and so, Giraffe seems to all intents and purposes a caricature of a giraffe, complete with a neck from which the diffuser, or rather the snout, protrudes. Available in different woods, including walnut and white, this lamp adapts perfectly to any room in your home precisely because of its absolute non-conformity to any furnishing standard, standing out for its deliberate eccentricity. Excellent in living spaces, it can also be adapted to night contexts but also to public spaces such as waiting rooms or offices.

The story of Rispal began in 1924, the year of its foundation by an entrepreneur who established its headquarters near the capital until 1982, when the business ceased. Following the closure, the old company structures were razed to the ground to make room for a real real estate renovation in which every document regarding Rispal production and design was destroyed or lost. Before that date, Rispal had distinguished itself in the creation of avant-garde luminous furnishings, capable of taking up the most classic tradition of design and transforming it into something new and unexpected. The "Formes Nouvelle" collection is inspired by the Scandinavian tradition as well as by the taste of the artist Jean Arp.Read more
