The Alambra system by Rimadesio is a very modern reinterpretation of the traditional concept of sideboard and display cabinet. The aluminium structure, very thin and unobtrusive, leaves all the attention to the finish of the doors: these can be in transparent glass, in a mood to enhance the contents of the sideboard, or in painted glass in the numerous colors of the Rimadesio Ecolorsystem range. In another version, the door is partially covered by a dense succession of parallel crosspieces that partially conceal the view of the interior in a highly refined "see-through effect" effect. Particular attention was paid by Rimadesio in the engineering of the opening and closing system, practical and silent, totally devoid of screws and gaskets.* Technical features: also available with LED lighting

Giuseppe Bavuso (1959-) is an appreciated Italian architect and designer. One of his main characteristics is his meticulous technical expertise, combined with a sober aesthetic and a strong focus on the use of materials, which allow him to successfully compete with projects of great complexity. Bavuso's design does not neglect elegance, but he also knows how to highlight the performance and durability of the product. His name is particularly linked to that of the Rimadesio brand, with which he has collaborated since 1986 and for which he is responsible for the design of the entire collection. The Rimadesio-Giuseppe Bavuso combination represents one of the most significant synergies between designer and company in the entire panorama of contemporary design. This has allowed the brand to broaden its horizons, becoming a market leader also in the door sector, as well as starting a path of impetuous international growth that has not yet ended. Among the brands he has worked with are Ernestomeda for the kitchen, Poliform for the wardrobes and Alivar for the upholstered seats.Read more
