Nautilus Chair
Among the numerous elements of the Plyus collections, the Nautilus armchair is one of the most characteristic ones, famous for its unusual shapes and the grafting of perspective volumes which together manage to create an object out of the ordinary, obsolete, but precisely for this reason incredibly fascinating. The Nautilus armchair is made of wood, HR foam, wadding and fabric that makes up its covering. The inspiration obviously comes from the legendary submarine "Nautilus" by Jules Verne, and it takes up the futuristic touch of the same which fits well into highly inspirational living rooms or living areas. The variations of this piece include different colors and sizes, created to better fit into different spaces.

Roman Plyus
Roman Plyus (1988-) is a Russian designer whose work lies on the border between art and design. The pieces he designs are precious limited editions for galleries whose inspiration is drawn mainly from dreams and meditations. The dreamlike and alienating shapes of his furniture and lamps make them resemble the vestiges of an alien civilization and bring with them a disturbing touch that makes them truly unique in the panorama of contemporary design. An expert CGI Artist, Plyus assigns a fundamental role in design to digital images: many of his creations were first born in this guise and studied according to progressive variations of details before coming to life as real objects. Born in Kurgan into a family of artists and engineers, before studying at the International Design School in Moscow, Plyus spent a year in India at a monastery in Delhi where he met a spiritual mentor who encouraged him to follow the path of design. For a few years his creations were limited to 3D graphics and the creation of jewelry and souvenirs, and then he devoted himself fully to furniture and interior design starting in 2020 with the foundation of his brand Plyus Furniture. Active today between Moscow and Dubai, Plyus has also launched his partner Madina Tsarikaeva, with an independent artistic personality and more linked to the elegance of traditional luxury.Read more
