Natuzzi
Infinito Sofa
The irrepressible and ironic personality of the artist and designer Marcantonio translates into the project of the Infinito sofa-sculpture, produced by Natuzzi. The metal tubular structure allows the sofa to take on the unmistakable shape of the well-known mathematical symbol while the padding in elastic polyurethane in different densities gives this piece of furniture maximum comfort and support. The coverings are made with innovative fabrics in high quality wool and recycled PES, available in five color variants. The non-slip feet incorporated in the structure give stability to the sofa which, thanks to its plastic shape, can be placed both in the center of the room and in the corners, becoming a characterizing element of the environment.

Marcantonio
Marcantonio, stage name of Marcantonio Raimondo Malerba (1976-), is an artist and designer known for his disruptive creations inspired by the animal and plant world. The “bestiary” created by Marcantonio is endless and always interpreted through the veil of irony: from the monkey-lamps for Seletti (launched in 2013 and immediately became a great bestseller) to the iconic chandelier-holding giraffes for Qeeboo, his creations give life to a fantastic world in which fantasy takes power. Originally from Ravenna, Marcantonio follows an artistic training and approaches design only in 2010, when he exhibits a peculiar work made up of old wooden chairs from which small plants sprout at the Salone Satellite in Milan. Attention to nature and a predilection for the use of the color white, a symbol of abstraction and purity, characterize his entire work, which has also developed through fruitful collaborations with Seletti and Qeeboo but also for brands such as Karman, Mogg, Casamania, Natuzzi Italia, Opinion Ciatti, Scapin Collezioni and many others.Read more
