Compas Outdoor Chair
Price starting from € 479,00*
*Price valid for the version with frame in varnished aluminium - seat cushion excluded (cod. 05CMS01).
White, black, beige and light gray are the colors available for the Compas outdoor chair, designed by designer Patrick Norguet for Kristalia. The particular shape of the legs, in aluminum painted in the same color as the seat, recalls the shape of the metal rods of a compass and gives character and personality to the product. The shell, made of impact and weather resistant polypropylene, can be made more comfortable with a fabric cushion to be screwed to the seat. Compas can also be stacked up to 5 elements and therefore allows you to rationalize the available space and always have extra seats available for guests.

Kristalia is defined as a "jazz design company" by its founders, a group of young entrepreneurs who are great lovers of this kind of music. For them design is rhythm, dialogue, innovation and also conscientious improvisation, that is the ability to free all the best creative energies. Kristalia offers furniture with a fresh and captivating style, in which the signs of the great Nordic design are evident, combined with the great know-how of the local artisan supply chain, the roots of the company. The focus of his production is centered on tables and chairs, but the Kristalia catalog also extends itself to different types of furnishing accessories.Read more
Designed by
Patrick Norguet
Patrick Norguet (1969-) is one of the most prolific and appreciated contemporary French designers. Far from any intellectualistic or self-referential temptation, Norguet is an "industrial designer" in the true sense of the word, capable of actively dealing with production processes, very capable of integrating his style with the identity of the brands he works for. His style echoes the precision and simplicity of the shapes that characterize Nordic design, and adds a typically French touch of sweetness and refinement. After his beginnings with the Swedish brand Offecct and for the Dutch Artifort, for which he takes the baton from a sacred monster of French design like Pierre Paulin, Norguet reveals himself to the great international public with his surprising Rainbow Chair, created in 1999 for Cappellini and soon became part of the permanent collection of the MoMA. It is only the first step of a long and fruitful career, in which projects with French brands such as Tolix, Alki and La Manufacture Paris are flanked by many collaborations with important Italian brands such as Alias, Ethimo, Zanotta, Cassina, De Padova, Pedrali, Kristalia, Glas Italia and many others.Read more
