The Progetti armchair by Giorgetti is one of the most historic and iconic products of the brand. Originally conceived in 1987, Progetti is a splendid armchair with classic and timeless shapes. Its distinctive element is the wooden armrest that curves sinuously until it joins the long beech leg. This concept is then declined in an infinite series of variants: Progetti can in fact present itself both in the form of a small armchair for the bedroom and in those of a bergère with a high back, or even in the form of a comfortable armchair with deep and low. In the Progetti Blossom variant, the backrest is decorated with leather inserts, while the Progetti Fashion version presents a series of more captivating and fashionable coverings such as Kamet wool-cashmere with cabochon, Katori sheepskin or woven Twist leather.

Giorgetti started to produce semi-finished carved products for lounges, living area chairs and tables for many prestigious families in Milan characterized by a well-refined and demanding taste. The company’s production was able to compete with the French market for quality manufacturing and wood variety.Read more
