The Soho desk by Gallotti & Radice has the imprint of refined and slightly retro luxury, emphasized by the precious knurled workmanship that runs along all the drawer fronts and on the two sides of the backrest and by the minute brass details. The top is also made of a precious material, to be chosen from the precious Calacatta Vagli Oro marble or a colder glass back painted in a licorice finish (satin or brilliant). Soho bears the signature of the celebrated designer Carlo Colombo and benefits from his inexhaustible search for refined elegance on a human scale, which never goes to the detriment of functionality.* Technical features: structure in black-stained ash and metal parts in polished brass. Carlo Colombo (1967-) is an Italian designer who has obtained the reputation of "luxury designer" par excellence. The innate elegance of his style gives life to timeless products, capable of being appreciated in every age and in every latitude and of enjoying great commercial success. A pupil of Achille Castiglioni at the Milan Polytechnic, he was discovered by Giulio Cappellini who gave him the opportunity to present his first creations. In addition to Cappellini, he has forged important collaborations with brands such as Poliform, Flexform, Giorgetti, Antonio Lupi, Flou, Penta and with the Luxury Living group, for which he supervised the collections of the Bentley Home and Trussardi Casa brands. In 2013 he also founded the A ++ architecture studio, with offices in Lugano, Zurich, Miami and Mumbai, through which he is dedicated to the realization of luxury interior projects all over the world.Read more
