Gallotti&Radice
Selene Dressing Table
The Selene vanity desk bears the signature of a refined and surprising designer like Pietro Russo and recalls the traditional predilection for precious materials and chromatic games of black and white. With a veiled Art Déco inspiration, Selene rests on two scenographic bases in satin brass and sees a geometric alternation of white Taba Frisè wood and black Tanganyika in a suggestive alternating optical effect. The composition is dominated by the Selene mirror (which can also be purchased individually as a decorative object), with a precious black Marquinia marble base. Selene is proposed as an elegant addition to the sleeping area of the house to compose a makeup area that is both practical and luxurious.* Technical features: structure in white taba frisé and black tanganika, metal parts lacquered in satin brass and mirror with light

The production of the brand is divided into two main directions: the home division, which offers a complete home styling, from sofas to tables, from chairs to lamps, and the office division, which explores the different potential of crystal for work environments.Read more
Designed by
Pietro Russo
Pietro Russo (1967-) is one of the Italian designers of the moment. Born in Ostuni, he approaches design as a self-taught: his training takes place in fact in the field of scenography, a sector in which he worked for many years between Florence and Berlin for both theater and cinema. Experiences that have left a large mark on his inspiration: his creations exploit precious materials such as stones and brass with a magical and indecipherable decorative taste, which makes them both luxurious and elegant and fascinatingly alienating. The frequent use of optical games based on striking black and white geometric patterns is another of his classic trademarks. Pietro Russo has found exceptional interlocutors in two of the most attentive Italian brands to fashions and the latest trends in international design: Baxter and Gallotti&Radice. He has also worked with Casamilano, Ichendorf and Editions Milano.Read more
