Gallotti&Radice
Riki Trolley
The Riki trolley is one of the historical pieces of the Gallotti & Radice collection. It was designed in 1971 by Pierangelo Gallotti, the historic owner of the company. Shapes, materials and colors perfectly embody the style of the era: the cold chromed brass structure blends perfectly with the reflections of the two glass tops. A charm that involves a whole typology, the "serving cart", once an obligatory piece of furniture in every bourgeois home and now back in fashion in a revival intended for skilled connoisseurs who know how to capture its charm and functionality. However, it is also available in more modern finishes, such as polished or satin brass for the structure or the more opaque back-painted glass for the tops. It can be made in different versions, round or oval.

Gallotti&Radice was one the first Italian companies introducing the use of crystal in the creation of design furniture. The mastery in the processing of this complex and multifaceted material has characterized over the years the entire Gallotti&Radice production, in balance between sophisticated industrial technologies and craftsmanship, able to grant the maximum customization. The production of the brand is divided into two main directions: the home division, which offers a complete home styling, from sofas to tables, from chairs to lamps, and the office division, which explores the different potential of crystal for work environments.Read more
Designed by
Pierangelo Gallotti
Pierangelo Gallotti was, together with Luigi Radice, the founder of the Gallotti & Radice company. The brand was born in 1955 in Brianza and was initially dedicated to the creation of artistic glass, lamps and mirrors. To improve their technical knowledge and expand the collection to more ambitious products Pierangelo Gallotti and Luigi Radice in 1956 enrolled in the School of Applied Art to Industry, based at the Castello Sforzesco in Milan, where they acquired their first notions of design. This allows Pierangelo Gallotti to directly sign different products of the brand, with complex projects such as tables, sideboards and trolleys. Some of these furnishings are still in the catalog, while others are appreciated protagonists of the modern antiques market. The design of the Gallotti & Radice headquarters in Cermenate, created in collaboration with the architect Luigi Massoni, also bears the signature of Pierangelo Gallotti.Read more
