Icon is a modular sofa, capable of presenting itself in different appearances and functions according to personal taste. Linear, corner or with peninsula; every possibility arises and it is enhanced by the craftsmanship of Flou. Discreet luxury and expressive elegance are the cornerstones on which the design of Carlo Colombo is based, who signs studied and graceful proportions in this sofa. In the armrests and backrests a unique research is evident, in turn deepened in the manufacture and stitching of the fabric, leather or Eco-leather upholstery. Even in the most complex compositions, Icon never looks out of shape due to the lightness guaranteed by the support feet in different finishes. The covers are completely removable.

Flou was born in Meda in 1978 from the idea of the Knight of the Order of Merit for Labour Rosario Messina to make the culture of sleep an authentic personal mission. Rosario Messina was able to follow the changing needs and trends of housing by introducing innovative and modern products in the market. Among the first beds proposals of the company, there is a revolutionary product considered the founder of modern textile beds: the Nathalie, signed by the Architect Vico Magistretti. Very first bed with removable coverings, the Nathalie marked the beginning of a long series of important awards for the company.Read more

Carlo Colombo (1967-) is an Italian designer who has obtained the reputation of "luxury designer" par excellence. The innate elegance of his style gives life to timeless products, capable of being appreciated in every age and in every latitude and of enjoying great commercial success. A pupil of Achille Castiglioni at the Milan Polytechnic, he was discovered by Giulio Cappellini who gave him the opportunity to present his first creations. In addition to Cappellini, he has forged important collaborations with brands such as Poliform, Flexform, Giorgetti, Antonio Lupi, Flou, Penta and with the Luxury Living group, for which he supervised the collections of the Bentley Home and Trussardi Casa brands. In 2013 he also founded the A ++ architecture studio, with offices in Lugano, Zurich, Miami and Mumbai, through which he is dedicated to the realization of luxury interior projects all over the world.Read more
