Foglio Bookshelf
Simplicity of design and formal cleanliness define the Foglio bookcase, designed by Pinuccio Borgonovo for Flou. The structure is made up of a simple curved metal plate, proposed in numerous finishes: from metallic colors to timeless black and white but also bold colors like Magma and Ocean. The backrest is available in the same colors as the structure or a mirror in smoked and bronzed variants. The bookshelf is part of a modular system that allows to furnish an entire wall without weighing it down, easily fitting into any environment, from the living room to the dining area, from an entrance to a passage room up to furnishing a corner reserved for the Home Office.

Flou was born in Meda in 1978 from the idea of the Knight of the Order of Merit for Labour Rosario Messina to make the culture of sleep an authentic personal mission. Rosario Messina was able to follow the changing needs and trends of housing by introducing innovative and modern products in the market. Among the first beds proposals of the company, there is a revolutionary product considered the founder of modern textile beds: the Nathalie, signed by the Architect Vico Magistretti. Very first bed with removable coverings, the Nathalie marked the beginning of a long series of important awards for the company.Read more

Pinuccio Borgonovo (1956-) is an Italian designer. Versatile and appreciated designer, he has his roots in the solid industrial culture of Brianza furniture design. After his studies at the Cantù Art Institute, he gained experience at the Research Center of one of the most renowned Italian furniture companies, where he also specializes in the more technical aspects of projects such as the choice of materials and the engineering of prototypes. . Setting up his own business in 1987, he had the opportunity to establish several collaborations with high-level brands such as Flou, Gallotti & Radice, Citterio, Former and Colico. His creations, with impeccable square corners and solid and reassuring shapes, are the expression of a sober and timeless elegance.Read more
