Firmamento Milano
Presbitero Floor Lamp
Elegant and sophisticated, Presbiterio is an example of a desirable lamp for those who want to create a suggestion of light within the domestic space and beyond, even in more diversified spaces where the need is felt for a luminous element that surpasses fashions and tastes temporary. The methacrylate diffuser gives the surrounding environment an enveloping and diffused light through two light sources, one with direct light and the other diffused. The silhouette seems to take inspiration from the famous pencil brand from which it takes its name.

Pierluigi Cerri
Pierluigi Cerri (1939-2022), architect and visual designer, went through the history of Italian culture in the late twentieth century in various guises. After graduating from the Milan Polytechnic, where he also played the role of teacher alongside Umberto Eco, he joined Vittorio Gregotti and Augusto Cagnardi in 1974 to found the Gregotti Associati studio. Leaving large public commissions to his colleagues, he specialized in small-scale projects and interiors, as well as in set-ups and the study of graphic identities. His relationship with the publishing world was particularly relevant, with collaborations with many of the largest Italian publishing houses, from Einaudi to Skira, from Bompiani to Electa. Other fruitful relationships were those with the fashion world, with the curation of brand identities and stores for brands such as Trussardi and Prada, and with the furniture sector, collaborating with Poltrona Frau, UniFor, Desalto, De Padova, Riva 1920 and Milan firmament. In his career he won the Compasso d 'Oro three times (1995, 2001, 2004). He is also known for his successful cruise ship and yacht design business.Read more
