The Asseman canopy bed designed by Patrizia Cagliani takes up a traditional and romantic type of furniture and reinterprets it in the name of a very rigorous geometric minimalism. Its tubular steel structure, powder coated with a white or black matte finish, creates a cube with sharp corners. The upholstered headboard is the only element that breaks the perfect symmetry of the whole, without affecting the magical and suspended atmosphere that the Asseman bed is able to create. Designed in 1984, it is still one of the most suggestive and original beds in the De Padova collection.

De Padova furniture and sofas bear the mark of a history of over seventy years and the personality of its brilliant founder, Maddalena De Padova, defined as the "lady of design".Read more
