Torei Coffee Table
Round
Price starting from € 1.379,00*
*Price valid for the round version ø 39 x H.51 cm with top in natural ashwood (cod. 381 81).
The main features of Torei coffee table are the elegance and the extreme versatility. Designed by Luca Nichetto, this model belongs to a real collection that can be easily intersected and combined according to the space and intended use. The reference to oriental essential nature, and in particular into the Japanese one, is revealed by the minimalism of the round, square and triangulated geometries, in turn declined in different fine finishes and with an extreme aesthetic taste. Marble and ashwood intertwine here in a union where taste seems to be the master, giving each composition a unique and unrepeatable connotation. Available in different heights and shapes, Torei coffee tables express a particular propensity for hospitality and sharing.

Founded in 1927 by the brothers Cesare and Umberto in the heart of Brianza furniture, Cassina is one of the long-lived Made in Italy industrial design companies. From the early ‘30s, Cassina brothers identified the strong demand for home furnishings and interpreted in a far-sighted way the renewed taste of the new emerging classes. From this intuition, Cassina started a real revolution in the indoor furnishings design. Since then, the company has been pursuing a path of research and innovation, involving prestigious designers and architects in the study of new furnishings models. In the last few years the collaboration with Gio Ponti has begun. Thanks to this partnership were born the 646 chair, known as Leggera, and the subsequent model 699 or Superleggera.Read more
Designed by
Luca Nichetto
Luca Nichetto (1976-) is perhaps among the great contemporary Italian designers the one with the most international approach. He lives in Stockholm and runs his studio there, proposing his fresh and functional style through collaborations with many brands around the world: from Scandinavia to Spain, from France to Italy, for him, design has no borders. Yet in all this he brings with him a very strong territorial imprinting: he was in fact born and raised in Murano and there he took his first steps as a designer, already collaborating at the age of 23 with the historic Salviati furnace, and maintains a very strong bond with the glass design. The brands with which he has collaborated range from big names to emerging and trendy realities: Kristalia, Foscarini, Molteni & C., Sancal, Cassina, Gallotti & Radice, La Manufacture Paris, Arflex, Ethimo, Casamania, Offecct, Moooi and many others. He also collaborates with Hermès for the creation of the windows of its boutiques.Read more
