Agape
Mach 2 Towel Holder
Agape's Mach2 line of accessories bears the signature of the German designer Konstantin Grcic and is based on a cold post-industrial aesthetic in which technical elements such as screws and fittings are underlined and emphasized, thus achieving the dignity of real decorations. Their unadorned look is emphasized by the choice of material, Aisi 304 stainless steel, available in both polished and satin finishes and with shiny edges. The version with matt black paint is also suitable for use outdoors. The Mach2 line consists of different elements such as roll holder, toilet brush holder, dispenser and much more. It is proposed here in its version of a wall-mounted towel rail, available in two different lengths.

Konstantin Grcic
Kontsantin Grcic (1965-) is one of the leading names in contemporary German design. Born in Munich, he studied cabinet-making and design in London and there he had his first professional experiences in Jasper Morrison's studio, coming to design his first furniture for the SCP brand. From Morrison he developed a certain passion for minimalism, which he often accompanied however with daring and ingenious creative solutions and a keen interest in complex and challenging projects from an industrial point of view. On his return to Munich he founded his own studio and inaugurated a fruitful collaboration with the ClassiCon brand, which is based in the same city and which launched him in the firmament of the great names of international design. The consecration, however, arrives between the end of the 90s and the beginning of the 2000s and it is sealed by two icons that have already become true classics and entered the permanent collections of all the most important design museums: the Mayday lamp, designed for Flos, and the Chair One chair, designed for Magis. In addition to the victory of two Compassi d'Oro (2001 and 2011) and the nomination of Designer of the Year for Design Miami (2010) and for the Salone del Mobile in Milan (2016), Grcic can also boast collaborations with important brands such as Agape, Vitra, Cassina, Plank, Mutina, Driade, BD Barcelona Design and many others.Read more
