Lokum Coffee Table
Price starting from € 1.424,00*
*Price valid for the version in W.45 x D.32 x H.32 cm in blown glass (cod. F047025).
A coffee table with a peculiar design, the result of great craftsmanship but also of the imaginative capacity of the Acerbis company. Lokum is presented as a single piece of blown glass colored in a crucible in the colors smoked gray and amber. In these two strong variants you can notice the aesthetic potential of the glass shaped and finished so as to become an element of common use and no longer relegated to particular functions. Ideal for living spaces where you want to add a touch of color and transparency, Lokum also adapts very well to different contexts, becoming the true protagonist of the environment. In its different sizes, this coffee table can be inserted into more complex compositions, transforming itself into an element of a whole.
W.45 x D.32 x H.32 cm
Available also in W.55 x D.55 x H.25 cm and in W.32 x D.32 x H.42 cm

Designed by
Sabine Marcelis
The Dutch designer Sabine Marcelis (1985-) is currently one of the leading names on the international design circuit. She was named “Designer of the Year” in 2020 by Wallpaper* magazine and in 2023 she was awarded the same recognition by Elle Decor and Monocle: a consecration born from her design made of simple and archetypal forms associated with a wise use of color, which in her creations always takes on a unique and unmistakable guise made of dense pastel shades and intense iridescent reflections. Having moved to New Zealand at a young age with her parents, a land rich in magnificent mountain landscapes that have been a constant source of inspiration for her, she then perfected her studies at the Design Academy in Eindhoven before opening her own studio in Rotterdam. There she had the opportunity to come into contact with numerous architects from the OMA studio of Rem Koolhaass, one of the greatest international archistars, ending up being involved in numerous special projects of the studio. Sabine Marcelis specializes in spatial installations with a strong scenographic impact, such as the Dutch Pavilion conceived for the 2017 Cannes Film Festival or the installation created for the SolidNature marble brand for the Fuorisalone 2023 and awarded as the best event of the event. In terms of products, she loves working with resins and glass in the creation of unique pieces presented by galleries such as Etage and Side Gallery, while her collaborations with large brands for series products (chosen without setting geographical or market positioning boundaries, from Hem to cc-tapis, from Acerbis to Established&Sons up to Natuzzi Italia and Ikea) are rarer and always take the form of a large event capable of arousing considerable enthusiasm among enthusiasts.
