The novelties of Poliform 2022

During the Salone del Mobile 2022, the Poliform brand has been able to amaze and fascinate with its numerous design proposals aimed at reviving and raising the quality level of its catalog. Precious stylistic choices have alternated with innovations aimed at once again grasping the taste of our time and the need for furniture that is increasingly on a human scale, ever closer to our everyday life.

Among the upholstered items, Brera stands out, a system of sofas with a horizontal, clean and contemporary design. Born from the genius of Jean-Marie Massaud, Brera is characterized by a very high level of comfort combined with a welcoming softness enhanced by particularly generous cushions and seats. Leather couture details and a new selection of fabrics emphasize a taste that is not afraid to dare and embellish itself.

The Mush and Ube coffee tables carry on a strong and essential aesthetic made up of clear lines and contours designed for detail. If Mush was born as an ideal complement to Brera’s aesthetics, Ube lives instead as an element of rupture, a work of art lent to the functionality of the living room. The inspiration for Ube comes from the seed of the coco de mer, a tropical fruit with a suggestive and sensual shape that Poliform has been able to rework by transforming it into a stool with a concave shape.

Among the seats we find Curve, an armchair with soft lines where wood finds and is of great importance, lightening and making the structure and padding essential. Extremely elegant, Curve offers functional but highly appealing details such as the curved handle of the backrest, designed to embellish the rear side. The Curve line finds new impetus also in the chairs, elegant and embellished with fine sartorial details. No less interesting is Kaori, whose soft lines and generous volumes seem to guarantee extreme comfort. The choice of using not one, but two bodies integrated together so as to offer an “interlocking” view is peculiar.

As always, the proposal for kitchens is relevant, which with Artex Pro continues to offer models in step with the times, attentive to the needs of our daily life. With this new model Poliform introduces new accessories and equipment, designed to make the kitchen environment more contemporary and functional but not only: the sharper tapering and the thicker top give a much more modern and young tone to the entire structure, for more youthful furnishing ideas.

Among the beds we find a variation of the Curve line and the elegant Yume, a padded element that reinterprets a classic aesthetic in the light of both visual and material lightness thanks to the soft and wide headboard. The leather inserts inspired by the world of fashion are interesting.

The novelties are completed by the Hima screen, an essential complement for spaces and environments where you want to create divisions and intimacy; Nara, Poliform collection here extended by a bench and a console which, like the coffee table, are here made of solid wood with a workmanship inspired by the art of cabinet making; Aiko, a system of sideboards with essential lines and sophisticated details whose design is inspired by ancient beliefs.
