Noé Duchaufour-Lawrance
Noé Duchaufour-Lawrance (1974-), a well-known French designer and interior designer, is the author of numerous imposing and sculptural projects, full of character and at the same time highly decorative. These characteristics are also the result of a training that began as a sculptor following his father's profession and continued with a degree in design at the Parisian institute EnsAD. In 2002 he achieved great fame with the design of the London restaurant Sketch and the following year he founded his own creative studio, Néonata, in Paris. Among the first brands to focus on him was the Italian Zanotta in 2005, joined over the years by other French and Italian brands such as Ligne Roset, Ceccotti Collezioni, Tacchini, Petite Friture, La Manufacture, Berhardt Design, La Chanche and many others. At the same time, he continued his interior design activity, designing for example the new concept of Montblanc stores, and intensified the production of unique pieces with plastic values even more emphasized than his production intended for mass production. In 2018 he moved to Lisbon and founded the Made in Situ gallery, a unique project aimed at reviving the values of traditional Portuguese craftsmanship.
