Marcante-Testa

Marcante-Testa is a well-known Italian interior and design studio based in Turin. It was founded in 2014 by Andrea Marcante and Adelaide Testa and follows a long collaboration between the two at the UdA studio, founded by Marcante himself in 1992. They are very skilled in the use of color, often interpreted in their interior design projects through unexpected combinations of delicate pastel shades. Another art in which they excel is the search for geometry in spaces, often dominated by decorative motifs with a retro flavor that give their projects a strong photogenic potential. One of the studio's most important experiences in product design is the artistic direction of the Ceramiche Vogue brand since 2016, for which they have designed several collections and exhibition installations. Also in 2016, their consecration passes through the curation of "Soft Home", a manifesto-project set up for Elle Dècor at Palazzo Bovara during the Fuorisalone. Other brands with which the studio has established important collaborations are Carpet Edition for carpets, ex.t for bathroom furniture, London Art for wallpaper and SEM – Spotti Edizioni Milano for some special editions in furniture.
