In 1991 he joined with the Argentine Alberto Lievore (1948-) and the German Jeannette Altherr (1965-) to form the Lievore Altherr Molina studio, which soon established itself as one of the most interesting companies in Spanish design. Alongside the intense professional activity, the studio has also carried out a significant training and dissemination activity, consisting of frequent courses and seminars, and has won important prizes such as the Spanish National Design Award in 1999. After twenty-five years of fruitful collaboration, the streets Manel Molina and his partners split up and he gets back into the game by starting his own designer business, collaborating with Spanish brands such as Enea and Andreu World.
