Hagit Pincovici
Hagit Pincovici (1978-) is an Israeli designer active between Italy and the United States whose limited series creations are made by master craftsmen from Brianza and presented in some of the most exclusive design galleries in the world, including Galerie Philia, Studio Twentyseven and Kelly Wearstler Gallery. Her career in the world of design began in 2014 and has so far gone through two distinct phases: in the first period it is characterized by the use of luxury materials and a wealth of shapes and colors taken from twentieth-century modern art used to give life to furnishings and lights grafted onto thin brass bases and enriched with precious marble inserts; in a second period her inspiration shifts to a more naturalistic color palette, strongly influenced by the plants and landscapes of her homeland. In this second phase of her career the use of porous stones in light colors prevails and the shapes become more solid and monumental. His only collaboration with a furniture company dates back to 2018 with the launch of a special collection for Baxter.
