The production of the ’30s is still very current: floor lamps such as the Luminator model, pendant lamps like the 0024 and table lamps such as the Bilia model by Giò Ponti still appear today in numerous furnishing projects. Even the ‘50s, under the artistic direction of the French Max Ingrand, gave the story a great classic: the Fontana table lamp.
Between the ‘60s and the ‘70s, the Pirellina and Pirellona lamps were created by Giò Ponti, which reflect the shape of its most famous skyscraper, and the famous Uovo table lamp designed by the dutch artist Ben Swildens. The company found a great creative ferment in the 80s, under the artistic direction of Gae Aulenti, who also signed the design of a very famous small table with wheels.
